Hi there. I’m a product manager who likes aligning technology with real business value — building strong relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and shipping measurable impact across complex product and integration work. I also tinker with self-hosted Linux infrastructure for fun, which tends to make me a more useful bridge between engineering and the rest of the business.

Currently

Product Manager (contract), Authorizations at Capital One, where I own the Discover network certification for the Authorization Gateway — certifying Frontbook and Backbook Virtual Card Number accounts and standing up reusable certification artifacts. We recently set a completion record for the gateway (550 scenarios in 62 days).

Background

Roughly a decade in product management across fintech, payments, and customer-facing platforms:

The full, chronological résumé lives over at /resume.

Hands-on with systems

Apart from the day job, I run self-hosted Linux infrastructure (Proxmox, Docker, NAS-backed storage) with reverse proxying, TLS, VPN access, split DNS, hardware-accelerated media processing, and event-driven automation. This site used to live on a Debian VPS of mine; that box got flagged as part of a botnet, so it’s now built with Astro and served statically from Cloudflare Pages.

Writing

I keep a small blog at /blog — notes on product work, self-hosting, and whatever else is on my mind. There’s an RSS feed too.
